We also intend to place here gems from age-old classics with new interpretations based on their relevance to the present. We have copleted two parts of Panchatantra and from this issue on will be presenting text from Tao Te Ching. We will get back to Panchatantra later.
In a related section we present famous quotations from philosophers, mystics and scientists, for which the purport is not immediately obvious. Under the quotations we discuss the intent and significance of the content. This page contains only the quotation for the current issue. The quotations from previous issues are collected in an ebook that can be viewed online or downloaded.
We have added another ebook Panchatantra Part Two. It can be viewed or downloaded using the link on the Ebook page. New ebooks are presented as and when ready. The articles page contains only the current article. The articles from the previous issues are collected together in ebook format that can be viewed online or downloaded.
The article in this issue is on Reality and Nonreality and the quotation is from Albert Einstein. The article is the English version of a talk given (in German) at Onkarananda Ashram, Winterthur, Switzerland in September 2008 and subsequently published in their newsletter.
It is our sincere hope that the content of the site will be both useful and entertaining. However, the ultimate decision in that regard is made by you the visitor. We look forward to hearing from you. It would help us make the site more meaningful. We urge you to use the feedback form to let us know your views and suggestions. We firmly believe that philosophy and science make the universe interesting and worth pondering over.
